Emergency passport

An emergency passport is issued in the same way and according to the same rules as previously.  A decision to issue an emergency passport shall be registered in the program to ensure that the applicant's passport history is complete.  2 - two - passport photoes are required for emergency passports.  Same form will be used for emergency passport applications.  The passport will be handwritten and laminated and can be used for one trip only.
