The Norwegian Government will host the Signing Conference for the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) on 2 – 4 December 2008. All member states of the United Nations are invited to attend the CCM Signing Conference, together with representatives of the United Nations, Cluster Muntion Coalition and the International Committee of the Red Cross and other relevant actors.  Read more
