19/06/2007 :: On the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Norway, May 8, 1945, Norway’s Stortinget (the National Assembly) established a commemorative fund called “Minnefondet av 8. mai 1970 (the Memorial Fund of May 8, 1970), a scholarship fund for young people from other countries. In accordance with the policy set out in the fund’s statutes, we offer bursaries to young people who want to attend a folk high school in Norway. + More
