The laws of Nature rule In Norway’s national parks. Nature itself takes the decisions - and sets the pace for change. Norway’s national parks have been established as a means of preserving large areas of wilderness – from the mountains to the seas – for people today, for generations to come, and for the sake of Nature itself.
Norway’s national parks offer a wide array of opportunities and experiences ranging from impressive scenery and varied plant, bird and animal life, to cultural landscape and monuments. The national park centres found at several of the national parks provide detailed information regarding the natural history and cultural heritage of the relevant site.
