Norwegian and South African initiativ on disarmament and non-proliferation

04/08/2005 :: On 26 July 2005 Norway presented a proposal to the President of the UN General Assembly calling for strengthened international co-operation on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation. The Norwegian initiative is an important contribution to the preparations for the UN Summit in September.
